Randall "Petie" Brumley, 54, of Jamestown, KY died Thursday, May 16, 2019 at Russell County Hospital. He was born January 28, 1965 in Russell County to the late Ruel Wolford & Betty Johnson Brumley.
Randall was a custodian at the Russell County Middle School.
