Lillie Rose Simpson Watson, 67, of Kingston, TN passed away Monday, March 4, 2019 at her residence due to a house fire. She was born in Jamestown, KY on October 18, 1951 a daughter of the late Mary R. (Pierce) & Logan Simpson.
