Lucy Smith, 93, of Yosemite, KY passed away Sunday, April 14, 2019 at her home in Mt. Olive. She was born on August 13, 1925 in Casey County, KY to the late Henry & Gletha Cooper Bastin.

Lucy was married to Robert "Bob" Smith on May 14, 1943.

She was a member of Eubank Church of Christ. She loved gardening, canning, and working on the farm.

SURVIVORS: Sons: James & (Joyce) Smith, Janis & (Nancy) Smith, Michael & (Janice) Smith; daughter, Ethel & (Robert) Roy; she is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 2 step-grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; 11 step-great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren; 4 step-great-great-grandchildren; 3 sisters: Leona Bentley, Louetta McAninch, and Lela Stith; 1 brother: Keith Bastin; several nieces & nephews

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; one sister, Lois Williams; and her brothers, Lelus Sims, Arnold Bastin, Earl Bastin, and Lewis Bastin.
