Carol Neal Loy, 76, of Columbia, KY died Thursday, April 4, 2019 at Summit Manor Nursing Home. She was born March 22, 1943, in Adair County, to the late Johnnie Ormal and Helen Goodin Turner.
Carol was a member of Columbia Baptist Church and a retail clerk for several businesses, including the Style Shop where she worked for many years.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, George Neal and later married Thurman J. Loy who also preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by a son, Scott Neal.

2 sons: Doug Neal & wife Caitlyn, Lexington, KY; Mike Neal & wife Cindy, Lexington, KY
1 sister: Kay Brock & husband James, of Bowling Green, KY
8 grandchildren
Funeral Service: Sunday, April 7, 2019 at 1:00 P.M. at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home with Bro. Randy Johnson officiating
Burial: Haven Hill Cemetery
Visitation: After 6:00 P.M. Saturday
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer’s Association would be appreciated. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
