James Evan Scott, 78, of Russell Springs, KY died Friday, March 29, 2019 at his home. He was born November 2, 1940 in Pikeville, Ky to the late Dallas & Mamie Stratton Scott.
James was a retired steel worker.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Teresa Assani.
