Barbara Ann Chaffee, 76, of Georgetown, KY (formally of Liberty) passed away on Thursday, March 21, 2019 at Baptist Health in Louisville, KY. She was born in Texarkana, AK on May 14, 1942 a daughter of the late Robert Eugene Smith and Ora Victoria Chapman Rhodes.

Barbara was the widow of Lawrence C. Chaffee Sr., and was a housewife.

In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by 2 Sisters: Ernie Fisher & Dora Smith.
