Logan Smith, 66, was born June 10, 1952 in Green County, KY to the late Belknap and Mary Cordelia Logan Smith. He departed this life Friday, February 8, 2019 at Taylor Regional Hospital in Campbellsville.
He professed his faith in Christ at an early age and joined Mt Vernon Baptist Church in Adair County, KY.
Besides his parents, he is preceded in death by 5 brothers and 3 sisters: Robert Smith, Lettie Pearl Caldwell, James Henry Smith, John Ike Smith, Raymond Smith, William Louis Smith, Mary Lucy Barnett and Anna Smith.

2 daughters: Christy Smith Davis & husband Freeman of Louisville; Melissa Taylor of Campbellsville
1 brother: Jewell Smith & wife Norlene of Richmond
