Oris Wendell Spoon, 76, of Columbia died Friday, February 8, 2019 at T. J. Health Columbia. Born in the Fairplay community of Adair County, KY he was the son of the late Mackey and Delva Bennett Spoon.
Mr. Spoon was a member of the Old Concord United Methodist Church, a farmer in the Fairplay community and loved spending time with family and attending church.

1 sister Julia Hadley (Dallas) of Columbia
2 sisters-in-law Emogene and Carolyn Spoon both of Columbia
Nieces & nephews: Lisa Corbin, Jamie Isabelle, Michael, Mark, Marty, Terry, Bruce & Brandon Spoon
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Betty Spoon and 2 brothers, Junior & Ernest Spoon.
