Garland Vanoy, 72, of Indianapolis, IN passed away on Thursday, February 7, 2019 at Community North Hospital. He was born in Liberty, KY on March 11,1946 a son of the late Hollis & Lula Wilcher Vanoy.

Garland was a mechanic.

Preceding him in death, besides his parents, was 1 Daughter: Vilsa Vanoy and his Twin Brother: Rollin Vanoy.
