Rebecca Faye Burton Murphy, 64, of Louisville, KY died Saturday, February 2, 2019 at the University of Louisville Hospital in Louisville, KY.  Born in Columbia, KY she was the daughter of the late Asa Orby and Revone Burton.  

Mrs. Murphy was a member of the Highview Baptist Church and a retired Registered Nurse.  She loved spending time with her grandchildren, gardening and scrapbooking.

1 daughter: Amanda Marie Robbins (Benjamin) of Louisville

2 grandsons: Maddox & Aaron Robbins

2 brothers: Larry Burton (Julie) and Archie Burton (Phyllis) both of Columbia

Several nieces & nephews

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a brother Dexter “Donnie” Burton and a sister Reba Burton.

Funeral Service: 1:00pm Tuesday, February 5, 2019 at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home 

Burial: Antioch Cemetery

Visitation: After 4:00pm Monday at the funeral home
