Paul Bell, 91, of Noblesville, IN (formerly of Jamestown, KY) passed away on Tuesday, December 25, 2018 at his home. He was born in Jamestown, KY on August 27, 1927 a son of the late Ima (Johnson) and Elmer Bell.
He is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Emma Bell; 2 sons, Steve and Kenny Bell; a daughter, Kathy Bell Appleby; 4 brothers JD, James Roy & Hobert Bell; 4 sisters Emma and Madeline Appleby, Christine Johnson and Ada Elsey
