Elmer Ray Dykes, 71, of Jamestown, KY died Thursday, December 20, 2018 at his home. He was born September 22, 1947 in Russell County to the late Arvis Elmer & Nannie Rae Garner Dykes.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Perry Joe Dykes and father-in-law and mother-in-law, Norman & Elizabeth Guffey.
