Shirley Bland, 82, of Liberty, KY passed away on Monday, November 5, 2018 at the Jean Waddle Care Center. She was born in Liberty, KY on December 10, 1935 a daughter of the late James and Bertha Fair Helm.

Shirley was the widow of Phillip Dean Bland who passed away on December 25th, 1996.

Shirley was retired from General Electric.
