Rev. Luther Garvin Blakey, 94, of Jamestown, KY died Friday, November 2, 2018 at his home. He was born December 11, 1923 in Russell County to the late Lawrence & Bertie Hadley Blakey.
He was a Minister, a Veteran of US Army and a member of Jamestown Wesleyan Church.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Reba Edith Stearns Blakey; a brother, Wesley Blakey; 5 sisters, Enola Wheat, Noma Holt, Nona Blakey, Nadine Loy, Exona Bloyd
