Wendy Jean Reeder, 65, of Georgetown, KY (formely of Columbia, KY) passed away Saturday, October 27, 2018. Born in Chicago, IL, she was the daughter of the late John and Betty Fudge.
A former florist, Wendy was an RN and worked with various hospitals including Eastern State Hospital and later retired as Director of Nursing with Harrison Memorial Hospital in Cynthiana. She was a member of Oxford Christian Church, enjoyed flower and vegetable gardening, volunteering with her church and cooking for her church or the Gathering Place.
SURVIVORS: Husband, Charlie Reeder, Children, Andrea Burton, Lexington and Josh (Jessica) Burton, Danville; 1 sister, Peggy Fudge, Columbia, KY; 1 brother, Jimmy (Mary) Fudge, Lexington; 2 grandchildren, Conner and Kendall Burton; 1 nephew, Tony Fudge; Numerous other family members & friends
Funeral Service: Thursday, November 1, 2018 at 1:00 PM at Johnson’s Funeral Home, conducted by Rev. Chris Cash
Visitation: Wednesday, October 31, 2018 from 5:00-8:00 PM and Thursday, November 1, 2018 beginning at 12:00 PM at the funeral home
