Clarice Lewis, 89, of the Chance Community of Adair County, KY passed away Wednesday, October 24, 2018 at 8:25amCT at Cumberland Valley Manor Nursing Home in Burkesville, KY. She was born April 3, 1929 in Russell County, KY the daughter of the late Albert & Sally Compton Grant.
Clarice was preceded in death by her husband: Ralph Lewis on November 18, 2015 and by 4 brothers and 4 sisters. She was also preceded in death by 1 granddaughter: Shawnda Scruggs and her son in law: Marshall Bunch.

1 daughter: Suzzanne Bunch of Columbia, KY
2 grandchildren: Theresa (Ricky) Stotts AND Sherry (Terry) Phillips of Chance, KY
7 great grandchildren: Laura (Kent) Greer, Sarah Stotts, Sadie Stotts, Kaylee (Glenn) Frost, Jonathan (Hannah) Loy, Jordon Loy, Jessica Jones
5 great grandchildren
Several nieces & nephews and a host of other relatives & friends
Mrs. Lewis attended the Melson Ridge Separate Baptist Church, she was a homemaker and farmer. She was active for many years in the Lake Cumberland Fox Hunters Association.
