Barbara Fields, 83, of Hammond,IN (formerly of Jamestown, KY) passed away on October 18, 2018.
She was preceded in death by her parents: Marvin and Effie Mann; 3 brothers: Cordell, Bobby, and Charles Mann; 2 sisters: Amy Hadley and Irene Helm

Funeral Service: Tuesday, October 23, 2018 at 11:00amCT at the Manntown United Methodist Church in Jamestown, KY.
Visitation: After 10:00am on Tuesday at the church
Burial: Mann Cemetery
