Richard Allen Baldwin, 85, of Columbia, KY died Monday, October 1, 2018 at Russell County Hospital. He was born June 10, 1933 in Indianapolis, Indiana to the late Chester Joshua & Nancy Marie Macy Baldwin.
Richard was a Veteran of US Army, a minister and a member of Millerfield Brethren In Christ Church.
