Sylvia Yates, 71, of Casey Co., KY died Saturday, September 29, 2018. She was born on October 4, 1946 in Casey County, KY to the late Ransom and Myrtle Spears Coleman.
Sylvia will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 38 years, Bruce Yates.
In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by 3 brothers: James (Jim) Coleman, Cole Coleman, George (Butch) Coleman and 2 sisters: Mae Raney and Shirley Rayborn. 4 sisters survive: Nancy Coleman of Yosemite, Gearldine Woods of Lancaster, Viola Sallee of Middleburg and Pauline Wright of Liberty. 1 brother survives Paul Coleman of Liberty. Sylvia will forever be remembered by her numerous nieces, nephews and extended family and dear friends.
Funeral Service: 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, October 2, 2018 with visitation at 11:00 A.M. Tuesday at Bartle Funeral Home with Bro. Johnny Maupin officiating
