Charles W. Mann, 79, of Jamestown, KY passed away on Saturday September 22nd at T.J Health Columbia. Charles was born on October 7, 1938 in Manntown, KY a son of the late Effie (Elmore) and Marvin Mann.
In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by 2 sisters: Irene Helm and Amy Hadley, and by 2 brothers: Cordell and Bobby Mann.
Charles was a retired deputy sheriff.
