Karen Lynn Dial, 71, formerly of Columbia, KY died Monday, Sept 17, 2018 in the Miller's Senior Living Community in Indianapolis, Indiana. She was born May 5, 1947 in Hamilton, Ohio to the late Thomas & Velma Durham Wilkerson.

Karen was a retired lab technician and of the Nazarene faith. 

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband: Bob Dial and a brother: Tommy Wilkerson.

4 daughters: Tanya Harney & husband Kris of Columbia, KY; Melissa Robinson & boyfriend Steve Smith of Indiana; Amanda Robinson of Indiana; Jody James of Missouri

3 grandchildren: Vanessa Bloodworth, Gerard Smith, Tyler Robinson
