Cledus Downey, 91, of Greensburg, KY died Wednesday, September 12, 2018 at 5:00 A.M. at Green Hill Manor Nursing Home in Greensburg. She was born September 5, 1927, in Adair County, KY to the late Willis and Candis Coomer Keltner.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by 2 daughters: Regina and Vicki Downey and 5 siblings: Earl and Dawson Keltner, Merle Rodgers, Gladys Curry and Dorothy Kemp.
