Ruby M. Smith, 89, of Jamestown, KY passed away on Monday, August 27, 2018 at Fair Oaks Nursing Home in Jamestown, KY. She was born in Jamestown, KY on June 7, 1929, a daughter of the late Dora (Ford) and Walter Halsell.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband: Arthur Smith, 3 sisters: Mildred Antle, Margaret Collins & Ruth Nelson; 5 brothers: William, Wilbur, Ralph, Elmer & Earl Halsell
