Richard Lewis Riggins, 80, of Russell Springs, died Sunday, August 26, 2018 at the Russell County Hospital. He was born September 5, 1937 in Russell County to the late Elford & Allene Eads Riggins.
Richard was a retired courier for First National Bank of Russell Springs.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a sister, Anita Floyd.
