Lloyd Russell Luttrell, 65, of Windsor, KY passed away Sunday, August 12, 2018 at Hospice of Lake Cumberland Jean Waddle Care Center in Somerset, KY. He was born on April 17, 1953 in Liberty, KY, the son of the late Perry Luttrell and Mossie Owens Luttrell.      

Lloyd was of the Baptist faith.

He was preceded in death by 5 brothers: Stanley Luttrell, Estill Luttrell, Eugene Luttrell, Charles Luttrell & James Luttrell; 2 sisters: Mayrene & Dorothy Luttrell
