James L. “Cotton” Sneed, 74, of Columbia, KY died Wednesday, August 1, 2018 at 6:34pmCT at his home. He was born July 15, 1944, in Adair County, KY to the late Arthur and Lula Mae Montgomery Sneed.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 2 brothers and 1 sister: Carl Sneed, Chester Sneed & Lucille Baker.
Cotton attended Flatwoods Separate Baptist Church. He was a U.S. Army Veteran and an auctioneer.
