Shelby (Shad) Wooldridge, 86, of Jamestown, KY passed away Friday July 20th at the Jean Waddle Care Center in Somerset, KY. He was born in Jamestown, KY on December 13, 1931, a son of the late Verna (Loy) and Lilburn Wooldridge.
Mr. Wooldridge is preceded in death by his parents: wife Jonell Chapman Wooldridge, infant son: Shane Wooldridge, 2 brothers: Ulis and Loy Wooldridge, 2 sisters: Laverne Coe and JoAnn Morgan.
