Virginia Jean Smith, 85, of Weed Keltner Road in Adair County, KY passed away Wednesday, July 4, 2018 at 8:20 PM at Signature Health & Rehab at Summit Manor in Columbia, KY. She was born on May13, 1933 in Marshall, IL, the daughter of the late Everett Okle & Gladys Opal Bradford Brewster.

She was a homemaker & attended the Praise Assemby of God Church on Jamestown Street in Columbia
Cremation was chosen; A memorial service will be held later.
