Michael Wesley Karnes, 68, of Greensburg, KY, the son of the late Edgar Alvin and Lilly Belle Sexton Karnes, was born Sunday, December 25, 1949 in Taylor County, KY and departed this life on Sunday, July 1, 2018 in Louisville at the VA Medical Center.
He had made a profession of faith in Christ and was of the Protestant Faith. He was a Veteran of the United States Air Force, having served during the Vietnam Era and was a carpenter by trade.

Funeral Service: Thursday, July 5, 2018 at 12:00 P.M. ET in the chapel of the L.R. Petty Funeral Home in Campbellsville
Burial: Lebanon National Cemetery with full Military Honors by the Marion County Veterans Honor Guard
