Sandra Joyce Hart, 67, of Georgetown (formerly of Russell County) died Tuesday, June 26, 2018 at her home. She was born May 9, 1951 in Somerset, Ky to the late Omra Garland & Frances Cooper Hart.
Sandra was retired from Sate of Kentucky Vocational Rehabilitation.
