Sandy Clayton Dean, 61, of Jamestown, KY passed away suddenly on June 25, 2018 at her home. Sandy was born in Albany, KY on June 26, 1956 a daughter of the late Wendell Clayton and Wanda (McWhorter) Clayton of Jamestown, KY.
She is preceded in death by her father.

Funeral Service: Thursday June 28th, 11:00am at H.E. Pruitt Memory Chapel in Jamestown, KY on with Pastor Nick Armstrong officiating
Visitation: Friends may visit on Wednesday after 5:00pmET at the funeral home
Burial: Jamestown City Cemetery
