Doris Loy Turner, 83, a resident of Somerset Nursing & Rehab (formerly of Columbia, KY) passed away Saturday, June 9, 2018 at 4:58 P.M. at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital in Somerset, KY. She was born on March 13, 1935 in Jamestown, KY, the daughter of the late Everett & Pearl Antle Loy.
Preceded in death by 4 brothers: Robert, Houston, Preston & Jerry Loy, 2 sisters Noreen Wilson & June Ramsey

1 daughter: Mary Ann (Dr. Gregory) Ryan of Somerset, KY
1 sister: Myrna Osgood of Louisville, KY
2 grandchildren: Daniel (Brittney) Turner & Hannah Turner & her special friend James Neyman
2 Great Grandchildren: Blayden Graves & Noah Paul Turner

Doris was a member of Jamestown Nazarene Church, a housewife, musician, sang with several ladies trio, pianist, Sunday School Teacher, seamstress, cloths designer, wonderful mother, grandmother, great grandmother.
