Lewis Ray Davis, Sr., age 70, of Columbia, died Tuesday, May 22, 2018 at the Hospice of Lake Cumberland Jean Waddle Care Center in Somerset. He was born August 23, 1947 in Winamac, Indiana to the late John & Hazel Collins Davis.
Lewis was a retired machinist.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Lewis Ray Davis, Jr.; 3 brothers and 2 sisters.

3 daughters: Shelley Davis, Columbia, KY; Wendy (Emil) Dafcik, Indiana; Stephanie (Jim) Luzadder, Indiana
