Jamison Andrew “Jamie” Wade, 27, of Louisville, KY passed away Monday, May 21, 2018 at 7:54 am at the University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington, KY after several weeks illness. He was born in Louisville, KY on January 4, 1991.
Preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Hazel Grant Hill in 2016 and maternal grandfather, Marvin Mitchum.
Jamie was a certified mechanic and maintenance worker. He enjoyed playing guitar and tattooing
