Gary Ford, 50, of Columbia, KY died Wednesday, May 16, 2018 at 6:18 A.M. at his sister’s residence. He was born May 6, 1968 in Adair County, to the late Mitchell & Estelle Corbin Ford.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers, Charles, Billy & Donnie Ford, and two sisters, Mary Helm and Betty Greer.
He was of the Baptist faith, worked at Cox Interior and loved fishing, Nascar Racing and the Kentucky Derby.

4 Sons: Brandon Hunt, Gary Lynn Ford, Jr., Joshua Lynn Ford & Jase Mitchell Ford all of Columbia
1 Grandchild: Jayden Coomer & expecting a second grandchild, Taylor Elaine Hunt, in August
2 Brothers: James Robert Ford & Ronald Ford both of Columbia
6 Sisters: Darlene Lawhorn, Lorena Smith, Janet Foster, Patricia Burton, Linda Hutchison & Shelia White all of Columbia
60 nephews, nieces, great-nephews & great-nieces also survive
Funeral Service: Sunday, May 20, 2018 at 1:30 P.M. at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home with Bro. Ralph Foster officiating
Burial: Columbia Cemetery
Visitation: After 5:00 P.M. Saturday
Gary’s nephews will serve as casket bearers
Grissom-Martin Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
