Tony Wade Meadows, 58, of Greensburg, KY, son of Ann Laverne Judd Meadows of Greensburg and the late William Edward Meadows, was born on Thursday, June 11, 1959 in Green County, KY and departed this life on Saturday, May 12, 2018 at the Norton Audubon Hospital in Louisville.
He had made a profession of faith in Christ and was self-employed.

Burial: Ladies Chapel Cemetery
Visitation: 4 P.M. until 8 P.M., Central Time, Tuesday at Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home and after 7 A.M., Wednesday until time of the funeral service
The family has asked that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the family burial fund, which can be made at the funeral home.
