Kenneth Wesley Stafford, 79, of Liberty, KY passed away on Sunday, May 13, 2018 at the Liberty Care and Rehabilitation Center. He was born in Liberty, KY on April 2, 1939 a son of the late Ellet and Lela Mildred Cochran Stafford.
Also preceding him in death was 1 brother: Paul Stafford.
Kenneth was the former Owner and Operator of Stafford Tire.
