Bobby Joe Garner, 54, of Russell Springs, KY passed away on May 10, 2018 at Somerwoods Nursing & Rehab Center in Somerset, KY. Bobby was born in Jamestown, KY on April 30, 1964, a son of the late Barbara Fay (Simpson) and Claude J. Garner.
He is preceded in death by his parents, and a brother James Mark Garner.
