Alma Lou Wilkinson Haggard, 72, of Liberty, KY passed away on Wednesday, May 2, 2018 at her home. Born June 21, 1945 in Casey County, KY, she was the daughter of the late Hershel and Cleo Vivian Lay Wilkinson.
Alma was a retired administrative assistant for FHA. She attended Watson’s Chapel Christian Church.
Survivors: Her husband, Larry Haggard, whom she married May 2, 1980; 2 sons, Bruce Sidwell of Duluth, Georgia and Larry Michael (Debbie) Haggard of Spencer, Indiana; 2 daughters, Vivian (Edwin) Upchurch of Russell Springs and Teresa (Bill) Moberly of Nicholasville; 7 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
In addition to her parents, Alma was preceded in death by three brothers, Clarence Wilkinson, Leonard Wilkinson, and former governor Wallace Wilkinson.
Funeral Service: 2:00 P.M. Sunday, May 6, 2018 at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home with Brother Sherman Floyd officiating
Burial: Antioch Cemetery
Visitation: 12:00-2:00 P.M. Sunday at the funeral home
