Teresa Lynn Anderson Gilbert, 58, of Burkesville, KY passed away on Tuesday, May 1, 2018 in Glasgow, KY. She was born in Cumberland County on November 27, 1959, the daughter of Roy and Nina Spears Anderson. She was a Christian, a homemaker and a seamstress.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her sister, Connie "Stretch" Spears, her half-sister, Ruby Nell Garner, and her nephew, Chris Anderson.
She is survived by her husband, Campbell Gilbert of Burkesville, Kentucky, whom she wed on Saturday, September 10, 1977, her sons, Anthony Anderson (and Tessa Martin) of Burkesville, Kentucky, Dylan Gilbert of Burkesville, Kentucky, her sister, Elaine (and Bill) Stumph of Glasgow, Kentucky, her brother, Roger (and Becky) Anderson of Cincinnati, Ohio, two grandchildren, Khloee Anderson, Trent Anderson, several nieces and nephews.
Funeral Service: Thursday, May 3, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. in the Memory Chapel of Norris-New Funeral Home
Burial: Chestnut Grove Cemetery in Cumberland County
Visitation: The family will receive friends after 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 2, 2018 until the funeral hour on Thursday.
