Leon Franklin, 85, of Russell Springs, KY passed away on Tuesday, April 24, 2018 at the Fair Oaks Health Systems in Jamestown, KY. He was born in Jamestown on December 23, 1932, a son of the late Lora (Brumley) and Dewey Franklin.
He was preceded in death by his parents: wife Reba (Bell) Franklin, 4 brothers: Robert, Jimmy, Joe and Jackie Franklin, 3 sisters: Mae Vanhook, Evelyn Davis and Elizabeth Logan, 1 granddaughter and 2 great granddaughters.

21 grandchildren & 28 great grandchildren
Funeral Service: Thursday April 26th at 1:00pmCT at H.E. Pruitt Memory Chapel in Jamestown, KY with Bro. Herl Robertson officiating
Visitation: Thursday after 11:00amCT at the funeral home
Burial: Jamestown Cemetery with Military Honors by the Russell County Honor Guard
