Doris Leveridge, age 83 of Jamestown, KY passed away Tuesday, March 20, 2018 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital in Somerset.

2 Sons: Charles Leveridge of Nancy, KY; Phillip Leveridge of Lexington, KY
5 grandchildren & 7 great grandchildren
Funeral Service: Friday, March 23, 2018 at 1:00 pm at H.E. Pruitt Memory Chapel
Burial: Jamestown Cemetery
Visitation: Friday, March 23, 2018 after after 11:00amCT at H.E. Pruitt Memory Chapel
