Pamela Jo Moore age 59 years of Columbia, KY passed away Sunday, Feb. 25, 2018 at 5:30 PM Signature Health & Rehab at Summit Manor. She was born on Feb. 26, 1958 in Columbia, KY, the daughter of the late Joe Allen Moore who preceded her in death on March 30, 2017.
She was also preceded in death 2 nieces: Angela Burris & Mindy Burris.
Pam attended the Columbia Baptist Church, she enjoyed being with people playing bingo, singing, going to church services at the nursing home & having a good time.

Funeral service: Thursday, March 1, 2018 at 11:00 AM at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home. Clergy officiating Bro. Ralph Hadley
Interment: Columbia Cemetery
Visitation: Wednesday, Feb. 28, 2018 after 4:30 PM.
