Neva Brewer, 86, of Campbellsville, KY, daughter of the late Oscar Atherton and Sophronia Stillwell Atherton was born January 17, 1932 in Taylor County, KY. She died at 8:20 A.M., Friday, February 23, 2018 in Hodgenville.
Neva professed faith in Christ and was a member of Otter Creek Separate Baptist Church. She was a retired employee of Fruit of the Loom in Campbellsville.
She united in marriage to Shiley Brewer April 2, 1953, and he preceded her in death February 21, 1985. She was also preceded in death by one son and one daughter: Gail Brewer and Herman Brewer.
SURVIVORS: one son and one daughter: Val Brewer of Buffalo and Renita Turner and husband, Jesse of Greensburg; seven grandchildren: Chris Brewer and wife, Kathy Jo, Kim Hall, Kevin Hall, Cody Brewer, Dusty Brewer, Pamela Bennett and Amanda Brewer; fifteen great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
