T.J. Mays of Nicholasville, age 27, formerly of Campbellsville, KY, son of Todd Mays & Elizabeth “Libby” Wright, was born April 10, 1990, in Taylor County, KY. He died at 8:51 A.M., Monday, February 19, 2018 in Nicholasville.
T. J. was employed as a contractor.
SURVIVORS: His significant other, Jennifer Newland of Nicholasville; his mother, Elizabeth “Libby” Ann Wright and step-father, Terrance Pope of Nicholasville; his father, Todd Mays and wife, Melinda of Campbellsville; six children: Cameron, Landon, Maci, Jaxson, Kinsley and Leo; two sisters and one brother: Brittany Mays of Nicholasville, Jarred Mays and Brooklyn Mays of Campbellsville; four step-siblings: Michael Bray and Bethany Bray of Campbellsville, Patrick Holmes of Lexington and Christopher Bunch of Russell Springs; grandfathers: Bill Wright of Costa Rica and Jimmie Cable of Campbellsville; great-grandmothers: Bobbie Sue Wright and Terry Poore of Campbellsville and several nieces and many other relatives and friends.
He was also preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Bernice Mays and Ray Mays and his maternal grandmother, Linda Cable.
