Christine Phelps, age 86 of Stanford, KY, formerly of Liberty, KY passed away on Sunday, January 21st, 2018 at Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center. She was born in Liberty, KY on October 31st, 1931 a daughter of the late Elmer & Linnie Rae Woodrum Langford..
Christine was the widow of Delmer “Dee” Phelps who passed away on October 25th, 2008 and was a former seamstress for Liberty Sportswear.
Survivors include: One Son: Jim and (Tami) Phelps of Liberty, Two Daughters: Charlene (Harlan) Cross of Liberty and Carol (Johnny) Gooch of Kings Mountain, KY, Thirteen Grandchildren, Twenty Eight Grandchildren, Ten Great Great Grandchildren and Two Brothers: Herland Langford and Lowell Langford both of Versailles, KY.
Besides her parents and Spouse she was preceded in death by Three Sons: William, Jackie and Edward Phelps and One Brother: Bobby Langford.
Graveside Services will be held 1:00 P.M. Tuesday, January 23rd, 2018 at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel. Bro. Phillip Patton officiating.
Burial in the Wilson Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to Bartle Funeral Home to help offset funeral expenses.
