Creon Melson, 75, of the Cundiff community of Adair County, KY died Sunday, December 17, 2017 at 12:12 A.M. at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital in Somerset.
He was born April 20, 1942, in Adair County, to the late Russell and Lela Shearer Melson. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sons; Eric Russell Melson and Timothy Creon Melson.
Creon was owner of Melson Roofing for over 45 years, attended Melson Ridge Community Separate Baptist Church, a member of the Chamber of Commerce and a strong Republican.

Funeral service – Wednesday, December 20, 2017 at 11:00 A.M. at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home with Bro. Michael Helm and Bro. Stanley Watson officiating.
Burial in Shearer Cemetery at Cundiff.
Visitation after 5:00 P.M. Tuesday.
