Bernice D. Wood, age 95 of Campbellsville, KY was born in Metcalfe County on October 30, 1922 to the late George Taylor and Carrie (Keltner) Finn. She departed this life on Monday, December 11, 2017 in Louisville.
She was a homemaker and wife to Granville Wood, who preceded her in death. Mrs. Wood had made a profession of faith in Christ and was of the Methodist faith. She was also preceded in death by three brothers, Arvid, Glen and Eddie, and a sister, Virginia.
SURVIVORS:
2 sons: Dwight Wood, and Michael Wood and wife Manette
1 grandson: Patrick Wood
1 great-granddaughter
1 brother: Murey Finn
Several other extended family and friends
At the request of Mrs. Wood, there was a private interment service held at the Campbellsville Memorial Gardens Cemetery, where she was laid to rest beside her husband.
