James Siegfreid Ursprung, 69, of Liberty, KY passed away Saturday, December 2, 2017 at his residence.
James was born September 6, 1948 in Louisville, to Albert James and Dorothy June Poynter Ursprung. He was united in marriage to Diana Lee Byrd on March 7, 1980 in Liberty.
James was a member of Gethsemane Baptist Church, of Danville. He was a retired truck driver.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
James is survived by his wife, Diana, his children; Jaime Nicole Ursprung Stewart (Shad) of Richmond, Joshua Clinton Ursprung (Emily Mathews Ursprung) of Liberty; grandchildren, James T. Ursprung and Andrew W. Stewart; his brother, Gerald Wayne Urspung (Ann) of Junction City; and sister, Sharon Ursprung Hinkle (Clyde) of Junction City.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Wounded Warriors.
