Deborah Kay Cox, 68, of Greensburg, KY (formerly of Campbellsville) passed away Wednesday in Elizabethtown at the Baptist Health Hardin.

Her children: Sabrina Hughes & husband Robert of Florida, Chad Hunt & wife Shanan and Stephanie Wise & husband Michael of Campbellsville

3 step-children: Sandy Perkins & husband Mark, Missy Ford & husband Steve, and Jennifer Cox of Campbellsville

1 sister: Darrah "Bunky" Sprowles & husband Roger of Campbellsville

Special niece: Rebecca Spurling

9 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren and a host of stepgrand & great-grandchildren

FUNERAL SERVICE: Saturday at 1:00 P.M. at L.R. Petty ACTON- MANNSVILLE Chapel

INTERMENT: Jones Chapel Cemetery

VISITATION: A 10:00 A.M. Saturday at the Acton-Mannsville Chapel
